📋 Description

• Process Transparency Reporting data • Work directly with the Director, Transparency Reporting to ensure quality data is submitted accurately and on time • Coordinate with field teams to collect and report Transparency data and supporting documentation according to policy • Support the Transparency process and ensure reporting needs are met on schedule • Support implementation of new programs requiring transparency reporting • Work with managers and third-party vendors to onboard teams and set up requirements • Conduct training for new hires and managers on Transparency-specific data capture requirements • Investigate and resolve HCP data-related issues or concerns • Collect and store relevant spend documentation from field teams • Monitor and report on internal data relating to the Transparency Reporting program • Submit outbound files according to agreed schedules • Support training initiatives across programs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience • 1 year or more of experience in an administrative role • Highly motivated individual with strong process orientation, data analytics, or technical expertise • Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
