📋 Description

• Document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints accurately and in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations • Conduct study compliance calls with volunteers enrolled in clinical or medical research trials • Enroll participants in educational seminars • Provide patient support to patients enrolled in Patient Support Programs • Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample, and literature fulfillment • Maintain quality and productivity standards for client programs • Follow program scripts and guidelines • Collect required program information and capture it in program databases • Communicate effectively using tele-management skills • Help callers understand medical terminology with empathy • Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed • Follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality under HIPAA • Update and submit resumes for audits • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Current US RN License • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills • Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse • Competency with call center telephone technology • Pleasant telephone manner • Ability to work independently and within a group setting • Results-oriented approach • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work cross-functionally
