📋 Description

• Support the program team in executing grant deliverables by tracking project plans via Asana • Manage project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges • Develop agendas and track progress for EALA and Pathways Alliance workstreams • Project manage Data Whiz work and collaborate with the Director of Programs and Data Whiz Steering Committee to organize an April 2027 event • Build and distribute newsletters and manage social media postings across projects using HubSpot • Partner with Marketing and Communications to maintain project websites • Build presentation decks and provide preparation and day-of operational support for webinars • Research, write, and manage review cycles for publications and resources • Update the Pathways Compendium • Prepare the Technical Assistance Cohort Common Themes & Findings Report • Prepare the Principal Registered Apprenticeship Program Case Study Summary • Timestamp and upload EALA podcasts • Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams on event management and logistics

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented and adaptable • Experience managing multifaceted projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders • Skilled in content development and hands-on operational delivery • Proactive communicator and skilled multi-tasker • Ability to track project plans using Asana • Experience with HubSpot email marketing and social media postings • Ability to maintain project websites • Ability to build presentation decks and support webinars • Research, writing, and publication review-cycle management skills • Event management and logistics coordination skills • Passion for advancing access and innovation across the education and policy ecosystem
