📋 Description

• Provides technical, clinical and educational/training support to the Sales team • Assists with new patient/customer product demonstration/training and follow-up • Supports sales representatives by meeting with clients to discuss clinical needs • Ensures facilities have clinical literature and other marketing collateral • Manages administrative tasks including patient documentation and data collection in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field • Must have experience working with patients preferably in a clinical environment • Prefer 3-5 years of related clinical support experience • Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy • Flexibility for work outside of normal business hours
