• Assist the Sales team throughout North Houston by providing technical, clinical, and educational/training support • Demonstrate and train new patients/customers on company products • Provide patient follow-up and support • Assist ASRs and RSMs with sales lead generation and follow-up • Partner with the sales team to maintain and enhance client relationships • Serve as the primary clinical support resource for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up • Attend patient device implants and perform follow-up to support successful implantation experiences • Educate external staff on bandage changes and product-related specifications • Respond to customer needs and product complaints by developing solutions or collaborating with SPR team members • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and demonstrate company products • Ensure facilities have clinical literature and marketing collateral • Support industry conferences, exhibits, and labs • Maintain knowledge of SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques • Establish relationships with patients, physicians, nurses, administrators, sales representatives, and internal team members • Educate and train physicians and hospital/clinic personnel through in-person and remote training, in-services, seminars, and workshops • Manage patient documentation and data collection in Salesforce • Maintain current knowledge of third-party accreditation requirements • Comply with the Corporate Compliance Program • Provide constructive peer-to-peer guidance • Occasionally assist with cases outside the assigned geographic territory • Perform other related duties as assigned
• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field • Experience working with patients, preferably in a clinical environment • 3–5 years of related clinical support experience preferred • Proven record of achievement in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and active vehicle insurance policy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours • Prior Operating Room experience strongly preferred • Experience working with pain patients beneficial • Neuromodulation experience beneficial • Ability to travel 75% within the assigned territory and occasionally outside it
