📋 Description

• Provide dedicated ownership of the Input1 Payments client portfolio • Own merchant relationships • Lead implementations • Drive client adoption • Resolve technical and operational issues • Help clients achieve long-term success • Work through integrations and payment workflows • Coordinate with internal teams and clients • Support clients from onboarding through ongoing success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related professional experience in client success, account management, implementation, or a similar client-facing role • Strong technical aptitude and experience supporting technical products, platforms, or workflows • Experience owning client relationships from onboarding through ongoing success • Hands-on experience leading implementations and coordinating across internal teams • Ability to manage technical or operational issues with clients and internal partners • Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills • Experience with payment gateways, merchant services, payment processing platforms, or similar fintech solutions preferred • Background in fintech, insurance, or payments preferred but not required
