📋 Description

• Lead and execute complex equity data projects including M&A corporate actions, stock splits, vesting accelerations, and cancellations of options and restricted awards • Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources • Design, document, and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort • Develop and maintain automation templates, scripts, and tools using VBA, SQL, and Python • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on equity plan compliance, controls, and best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, to identify product enhancements and template optimization opportunities • Leverage AI tools and innovations to enhance data analysis, automation, and decision-making capabilities • Report to the Professional Services Manager while contributing to tactical delivery and strategic product initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex equity compensation projects or equity plan administration • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula development, data analysis, and pivot tables • Strong working knowledge of VBA for Excel automation and process efficiency • Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data manipulation • Experience with Python or similar scripting language for automation and data processing • Demonstrated expertise with equity compensation software platforms (Certent Equity Management, E*TRADE Global EQ, Shareworks, or equivalent) • Deep understanding of equity compensation concepts including ISOs, RSUs, ASC 718, IFRS 2, and equity plan compliance frameworks • Strong documentation and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts • Background in Lean methodology or continuous process improvement initiatives (preferred) • Familiarity with insightsoftware products or solutions (preferred) • Background in project management or vendor relationship management (preferred) • Public speaking or client presentation experience (preferred) • Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province
