📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day technical leadership of a small application development scrum team • Split time between writing and reviewing code and leading the team • Set daily priorities for the team • Serve as the technical authority for the scrum team • Write, review, and contribute production-quality code across the full stack • Manage four to five engineers, owning 1:1s and performance feedback • Engage with client stakeholders at key points in the delivery lifecycle • Coordinate with QA engineers to ensure test coverage and release readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments • Deep full-stack expertise in C#, .NET (Framework and/or Core), Angular, and Oracle • Strong proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Experience with CQRS patterns • Demonstrated AI-first engineering mindset • Proven ability to lead a scrum team • Experience with direct people management responsibilities • Strong code review discipline and engineering quality standards • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
