📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of Extended Planning & Analysis (xP&A) • Own the product vision and define priorities • Build and communicate product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunity • Listen to customers, analyze competitive trends, and identify market opportunities • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value • Use market insights, customer feedback, and data to guide product decisions • Engage customers and prospects to understand challenges and opportunities • Translate customer insights into product requirements and differentiated solutions • Partner with Engineering and Design to build high-quality experiences • Track product adoption and outcomes and identify areas for improvement • Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and customer adoption • Work with Sales and Marketing to communicate product value • Represent insightsoftware with customers, partners, and at industry events • Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS • Track record of defining strategy and delivering products that drive real business results • Solid understanding of planning, analytics, finance, or enterprise software markets • Comfort working closely with customers and collaborating across teams • Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to influence without authority • Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on and executing • Preferred: Experience with xP&A, FP&A, EPM, CPM, ERP, analytics, or financial software • Preferred: Knowledge of Office of the CFO technologies and workflows • Preferred: Exposure to AI-enabled products and data-driven decision platforms • Background check required for employment where permitted by country, state/province
