📋 Description

• Build strong partnerships with other Product Owners, HR Functional Areas, TDS/IT, and business stakeholders • Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and requirements • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned enterprise HR experiences • Lead solution delivery with agile delivery teams and vendors, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation • Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards • Support change management, adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in and lead projects identified and defined by HR and TDS/IT Leadership with minimal supervision • Keep up with industry and technology trends and recommend features and functionality to meet business needs • Build and maintain customer satisfaction through timely communication, transparency, problem solving, and fact-based decision making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university • 5+ years of experience in HR systems, product ownership, or HR technology roles • Experience with enterprise HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ServiceNow HRSD, Skillsoft and other Learning Technologies) • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models • Stakeholder management and executive communication • Strategic thinking and prioritization • User-centric and data-driven mindset • Strong collaboration across HR and IT • Digital Transformation
