📋 Description

• Create legendary experiences for guests by overseeing operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants. • Serve as the liaison between sports bars and support center ensuring strong communication of initiatives, programs, and key focus areas. • Focus on daily sales, marketing plans and operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations. • Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to management teams. • Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting, development, performance management, and retention. • Support training and development of management team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience • General knowledge of functional support areas including Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development. • Ability to manage and direct the work of others • Passion for training and developing your team
