📋 Description

• Oversee operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants • Serve as liaison between sports bars and support center • Communicate initiatives, programs, and key focus areas • Focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and operations • Manage costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations • Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution • Provide coaching and feedback to management teams • Coach and support management teams on recruiting, development, performance management, and retention • Support training and development of management team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience • General knowledge of Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development • Ability to manage and direct the work of others • Ability to champion change • Passion for training and developing your team • Ideal candidate will reside in or around Fort Worth, Texas
