📋 Description
• Oversee foster home recruitment and retention efforts • Coordinate recruitment activities and manage the approval process for foster homes • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to expand capacity • Supervise recruiters and contractors • Ensure foster parent training and retention goals are met • Represent the agency positively in the community
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in human services or related field • Minimum of two years’ experience in foster home recruitment • Have current SAFE Certification • Have current NTDC Certification • Excellent assessment skills and sound judgment • Experience working with extendedReach, Ga Score, Ga SHINES databases • Must own, drive, and maintain an automobile in good working condition, receiving a reimbursement for agency business mileage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Organized and detail-oriented • Superior oral and written communication skills
