📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to drive product features from ideation to execution • Design, develop, and integrate innovative features and design techniques to optimize and scale components of the Instacart platform • Analyze existing systems, user research, and business needs to define product requirements and technical roadmaps • Use data analysis and quantitative methods to measure product performance, inform strategy, and optimize user experiences • Execute technical research, usability studies, functional experiments, and reviews of industry-standard methodologies to identify product opportunities aligned with company goals • Monitor and communicate product development timelines, benefits, results, and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related (or foreign equivalent) • 12 months of experience in the job offered or related • 12 months of experience using quantitative research, case studies, functional experiments, and user feedback to identify opportunities to optimize and improve technical product features • 12 months of experience developing relevant metrics and KPIs to measure performance for large-scale software products • 12 months of experience working with data analysis and experimentation techniques including stimulation and A/B testing • 12 months of experience using SQL or similar analytical tools to extract meaningful user insights
