• Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, managing all aspects of the sales cycle for a book of business between 5-10 accounts. • Identify and build relationships with executive contacts within your clients. • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling. • Lead monthly, quarterly, annual planning and budgeting process with various brands and build data-driven narratives to support ad revenue growth. • Generate weekly campaign reports and optimization recommendations, as well as monthly / quarterly reviews. • Leverage prior experience in the intersection of CPG, Digital & Sales to drive meaningful long-term growth across Instacart’s ad suite. • Travel required as needed for team meetings, customer visits, and industry events.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment. • 2+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising and/or managing CPG clients. • Strong time-management skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Creative problem-solver. • Team-player with a positive can-do attitude. • High attention to detail and strong execution skills. • Familiarity with tools of the trade (eg. Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Google Drive). • Experience with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from analysis.
