📋 Description

• Serve as an internal expert on InStride’s care model and evidence-based practices for anxiety, OCD, related disorders, and co-occurring conditions • Produce, review, and coordinate evidence-based external clinical content, including blogs, webinars, thought leadership, website content, and educational resources • Partner with Growth to accurately represent clinical offerings and patient populations in external materials • Represent InStride’s clinical work in PR opportunities and external partner meetings • Prepare clinical content, protocols, and training for expansion into new age bands, payers, and conditions • Tailor evidence-based content across developmental stages and new populations • Build and improve training, protocols, and clinical resources for complex, high-acuity presentations • Design and deliver ongoing training for therapists, exposure coaches, and psychiatrists • Serve as a clinical resource for supervisors and care team leaders • Help lead responsible AI integration into clinical care and partner with Tech Product on tools and feedback loops • Translate clinical requirements into AI products and develop training and change management for adoption • Design AI-enabled workflows supporting clinician utilization and burnout prevention • Update the curriculum, Provider Guide, clinical protocols, and other materials • Evaluate content and protocols, close gaps, and support feedback loops with Clinical Operations and the care team • Partner with Design on branded, user-friendly materials • Contribute to strategic enablers and major clinical initiatives • Serve as therapy subject matter expert on cross-functional Tech Product and Design teams • Facilitate 1–2 parent/caregiver and/or patient groups and provide clinical evaluation coverage as needed

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an accredited school of psychology, LICSW from an accredited school of social work, or LMHC and a master’s degree from an accredited graduate program • Advanced clinical background and education focused on children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, OCD, related disorders, and common comorbidities • Experience and training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ERP, ACT, and DBT, with appropriate provider licensure • Experience creating engaging, evidence-based clinical materials for children, teens, and young adults and tailoring them by age • Ability to translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear content and protocols • Curiosity about AI and a trajectory of adopting new tools • Enthusiasm for applying AI responsibly to improve care and comfort partnering with technical teams • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment • Strategic prioritization, independent judgment, and flexibility amid change • Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions where structure is still being built • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion • Preferred: experience working on a clinical product team and interfacing with technology/product partners • Preferred: comfort operating at the intersection of clinical practice and product development
