📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise applications professionals • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including evaluation, selection, implementation, configuration, optimization, support, upgrades, and retirement • Direct administration, enhancement, and strategic development of the firm's document management system • Lead implementation and evolution of the firm's data warehouse and data architecture environment • Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy and technology roadmap with the CIO • Drive cloud adoption, platform optimization, application rationalization, and technical debt reduction • Manage application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations • Collaborate with attorneys, administrative leaders, and business teams to deliver technology solutions • Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, technology evaluations, and service-level performance • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, privacy, governance, and business continuity requirements • Assist with application budgets, software licensing, maintenance agreements, and project expenditures • Define and monitor KPIs for system reliability, service quality, user satisfaction, and team effectiveness • Maintain application documentation, policies, procedures, and knowledge resources • Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support teams • Monitor emerging technologies, legal industry trends, automation opportunities, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications and leading complex technology initiatives • Demonstrated success leading enterprise software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization efforts • Experience managing and developing technical teams, including coaching, performance management, and professional development • Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, data workflows, and platform governance • Hands-on expertise with legal technology platforms such as NetDocuments, Aderant, or comparable systems, including configuration, workflow development, and system administration • Knowledge of data warehousing, data architecture, data modeling, and data governance • Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and modern enterprise platforms • Familiarity with ITIL and cybersecurity and application security best practices • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage competing priorities, budgets, vendors, and strategic initiatives • Experience supporting a law firm or professional services organization strongly preferred • ITIL Foundation, PMP, Agile, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar professional certifications preferred
