• Drive systems efficiency, workflow design, and training frameworks across Coaching Department • Partner with Senior Director to translate departmental priorities into structured workflows • Support development and maintenance of coaching resources and tools • Address workflow pain points and implement effective solutions • Oversee the Coach Training Academy and onboarding pipeline • Develop learning pathways and identify skill gaps • Develop data tools and dashboards for performance tracking • Partner with Product and Technology for AI and automation integrations • Translate complex product changes into actionable workflow instructions
• 3–5+ years of progressive people management and operational leadership experience • Proven ability to partner effectively within a Coaching Leadership Team • Proven ability to analyze complex operations, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable workflows • Experience translating operational frameworks into effective training materials • Strong analytical skills and experience using operational dashboards • Foundational knowledge of evidence-based behavior change models • Strong understanding of coaching performance metrics • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field required
