📋 Description
• Provides strategic leadership for the organization’s custom consulting function • Steers the portfolio of custom consulting engagements • Leads the design, delivery, and scaling of new service lines • Establishes systems for data-driven iterative design • Owns custom consulting business development with accountability for an annual revenue target • Manages senior leaders, providing strategic direction, coaching, and senior-level guidance
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of professional experience in K-12 consulting, instructional improvement, or organizational leadership • Mastery of product and service design • Proven track record of building consulting pipelines • Deep expertise in K-12 instructional improvement • Extensive experience managing and developing senior-level leaders • Advanced ability to build strategic relationships with senior partner leaders
