📋 Description

• Design and develop assistive AI technology for interactive, 3D workflows • Use the technology built to improve people's ability to communicate with interactive 3D • Reduce the time needed to develop, visualize, and share ideas • Build NLP pipelines that extract intent, entities, and semantic structure from user input • Analyze opportunities to improve AI system performance and personalization • Integrate cloud and client LLMs to drive creative workflows • Design and maintain knowledge graphs representing world, character, and story data • Prototype and apply AI features with product and engineering teams • Fine-tune or augment foundation models for domain-specific tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Evidence of exceptional ability in software development • Understanding of ML principles, algorithms, and evaluation metrics • Strong experience with modern NLP/LLM frameworks, such as Transformers and LangChain • Experience with data storage and retrieval using vector databases • Experience with graph databases, such as Neo4j, RDF, and property graphs • Experience developing and operating agentic backend experiences, tools, and optimizations • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries, such as PyTorch and TensorFlow • Ability to ship features end-to-end • Experience building AI copilots • Experience building recommendation systems • Experience with cloud operations, containerization, IaC, and multi-tenant systems • Background in computational linguistics or knowledge representation • Ability to work in European or North American timezones • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future sponsorship
