📋 Description

• Collaborate with creative directors, creative team members, and internal stakeholders to establish project expectations, scope, and schedules • Build and manage project budgets for large-scale productions and smaller builds • Own creative vision support, scheduling, budget management, and internal satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle • Select external vendors, agencies, crew, and editors; negotiate rates and manage vendor and freelance relationships • Track financial performance and ensure project profitability • Complete purchase orders, SOWs, and required project paperwork • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders • Champion creative work internally and find budget-conscious solutions • Oversee post-production workflows across editing, color, audio, and graphics • Shepherd multiple deliverable versions through post-production • Archive completed projects and close out project finances • Establish and maintain relationships with outside film vendors and production resources • Understand crew roles and responsibilities on productions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of video production experience as a line producer, production manager, or internal brand video producer • Strong budgeting and budget management skills • Familiarity with union rules, including IATSE and SAG • Deep attention to detail • Passion for creative work and discipline in project wrap-up • Collaborative, team-oriented, positive, solution-oriented mindset • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency • Experience producing in a fast-moving environment and working efficiently in a complex organization • Exposure to the full creative development process from brief through delivery • Extensive post-production experience, including overseeing edits with multiple versions and deliverables • International production experience • Four-year degree in fine arts, film, design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience (nice to have)
