📋 Description

• Expand sales of Integra LifeSciences products • Convert accounts in compliance with company policy and sales direction • Provide sales-related support to the aligned territory • Train to understand and demonstrate proper product use to ENT physicians in operating room, private practice, and ASC settings • Handle customer questions and objections consistently with product indications and sales training methodology • Execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, and ethically to drive customer action • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level • Assume territory responsibilities as an ENT Account Manager after successful completion of duties

🎯 Requirements

• An undergraduate bachelor’s degree required; a technical or scientific major preferred • One or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred • Ability to work in an operating room, private practice, and ASC environment • Ability to travel and relocate, with uncertainty of final territory responsibility • Ability to relocate • Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States • Eager to learn the ENT space and medical device field • Documentation of successful sales performance preferred • Experience covering large geographies preferred • Experience selling technical and disposable products preferred • Ability to establish an effective work schedule accommodating frequent disruptions and flexible work hours • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends is nice to have • Advanced computer skills • Ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager • Must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence
