📋 Description

• Own the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of agentic systems • Build and ship agents while leading a small engineering team • Set technical direction on architecture and stack • Solve complex business problems through automation and AI • Scale the work into a coordinated, well-engineered program

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering and maintaining production systems • 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic systems that are live in production • Experience evaluating and benchmarking multiple third-party LLM providers/models against each other for a given use case • Experience shaping and transforming data for optimal model consumption • Strong experience with AWS • Experience working in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, insurance, or similar) • Some experience leading, mentoring, or setting direction for other engineers
