📋 Description

• Handle the intake process for orders for healthcare services • Liaise between the company, patients, and health plans • Verify patient information • Verify insurance • Process authorizations and referrals • Obtain and release clinical documentation • Respond to health plan inquiries • Research and resolve patient accounts or escalate them for resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use various computer programs and applications, including EMR/EHR • Ability to self-motivate and work independently • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • Certification is a plus • Availability aligned with schedule and current staffing needs
