📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless solutions • Manage and troubleshoot Cisco and Fortinet devices across client environments • Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization • Resolve complex network incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner • Participate in network-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing • Participate in service transition activities with Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent experience • Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) Level 4 or higher preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, preferably in a managed services or service provider environment • Strong understanding of Cisco IOS/NX-OS and FortiOS • Experience with network automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service management practices • Experience with cloud networking in Azure and AWS environments is a plus
