📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective Medicare members, focused on education and enrollment • Guide members through coverage options and next steps without high-pressure tactics • Meet performance expectations around call quality, member engagement, sales metrics, and schedule adherence • Keep communication current with supervisor and team • Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season • Work Monday through Friday during training • Move to an assigned production schedule once AEP begins on October 1, including at least one weekend day per week

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license • Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience • Comfortable working across multiple software systems • Strong communicator with a sales-first approach • Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP • Home office setup that meets remote work requirements • Willing to complete a background check • Basic computer skills and tech knowledge • Telesales or contact center experience (preferred) • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage sales programs (preferred)
