đź“‹ Description

• Create, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. • Perform functional, regression, performance, UAT, and usability testing on software, hardware, and/or systems. • Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring traceability of test activities. • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on test results. • Participate in SAFe PI Planning sessions and Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Prepare detailed test reports, including test results, defect analysis, and performance metrics. • Monitor and report testing progress and quality trends. • Continuously improve testing processes and tools. • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing tools. • Ensure compliance with applicable privacy and security training requirements. • Serve as primary liaison between business users, stakeholders, and the technical team. • Conduct requirements gathering, track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and analyze alignment with business needs. • Create process models, diagrams, and related project documents. • Utilize Jira, Confluence, Camunda, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and Azure. • Communicate complex information to technical and non-technical professionals. • Ensure projects comply with CMS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to program integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience in software or system testing, including manual and automated testing. • Ability to create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts • Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or equivalent. • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is a plus. • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). • Experience with SAFe, Agile, and/or Scrum methodologies. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Git). • Knowledge of healthcare system requirements and compliance standards such as HIPAA. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Deep understanding of CMS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly those related to program integrity and fraud, waste and abuse. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently develop innovative solutions.
