📋 Description

• Answer calls as required by company policy in a helpful, professional, and timely manner • Schedule appointments • Place outgoing calls to provide or obtain information • Document all calls while in progress • Transfer calls to employees in other departments as required to meet client needs • Fully document client files or imaging systems with related material to maintain a clear and concise audit trail • Participate in cross-training and group training sessions • Communicate with supervisors, senior leadership, and team members to ensure accurate responses and avoid duplicated efforts • Perform other duties as assigned • Provide exceptional service and support to clients regarding Life, Health, and Wealth needs • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the client management system • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2-4 years of related experience • Excellent customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office • Previous insurance or financial experience preferred • Willingness to train for candidates without previous insurance or financial experience
