📋 Description

• Provide sales leadership for independent agents in the down-line • Coordinate training activities for independent agents • Conduct personal sales when directed by management • Recruit new independent contractor agents • Follow up with new agents to support efficient and timely onboarding • Train agents regularly on products and selling tools • Communicate with, service, and retain top-level independent contractor agents • Attend and participate in management-required meetings • Work toward company sales objectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a valid life & health insurance license • High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification • One (1) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales • Demonstrated experience managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents • Basic computer navigation skills • Familiarity with email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, and similar applications • Professionalism and confidentiality • Accuracy, thoroughness, and quality management • Effective oral communication and listening skills • Organizational, planning, and time-management skills • Sound judgment and adaptability • Dependability and punctuality
