📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies • Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding • Build and maintain talent pipelines • Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness • Support organisation branding initiatives • Partner with managers and staff on day-to-day people operations • Support performance management, staff engagement, learning, and development initiatives • Facilitate onboarding, confirmations, employee transitions, and exit processes • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture • Promote staff well-being and ensure a positive staff experience • Manage staff records, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy administration • Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance activities • Coordinate office administration, vendor management, workplace logistics, and asset management • Maintain HRMS tools and prepare HR dashboards and people reports • Analyse recruitment, headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics • Use data-driven insights to inform process decisions and support organisational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• MBA in HR • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline • 4.5–7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & HRBP • Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations • Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations • Good stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across teams • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment • Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to support decision-making • AI-savvy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, recruitment, and people processes • Hands-on experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis • Familiarity with AI-powered HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, or similar) • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams • Humble, empathetic, and purpose-driven, with a genuine passion for contributing to a mission-led organisation • Self-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
