📋 Description

• Manage encounters requiring a nurse visit that have been placed in a workgroup by a triage nurse • Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity • Use internal tools to identify the correct on-call staff member • Place outbound calls to customers’ on-call staff to arrange visits and relay call information • Support IntellaTriage nurses and clients with scheduling visits based on priority needs • Provide after-hours nurse triage support for hospice and home health providers

🎯 Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license • Must live in/work from a Compact US state • Experience with end-of-life care is required • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, writing, and reading • Must have high-speed internet • Tech savvy, keyboard competence, and comfort in a fast-paced environment • LPN license • Available to work every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 10am–7pm CST • Clear communicator • Detail-oriented and reliable • Comfortable using spreadsheets • Able to multitask in a fast-paced role

🏖️ Benefits

• $1 shift differential for overnights • $1 shift differential for weekends (Saturday & Sunday) • Part-time and full-time nurses accumulate PTO based on the number of hours worked (per year) • Part-time and full-time nurses are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan • Full-time nurses may participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances • Work from home • No commuting expenses, gas bills, takeout costs, or vehicle wear-and-tear
