📋 Description

• Monitor bankruptcy filings and identify related customer accounts and sub-accounts • Create and maintain bankruptcy cases according to established procedures • Prepare statements of account detailing pre- and post-petition balances when required • Process credits for pre-petition balances and ensure accurate account updates • Handle inbound calls from residential customers regarding bankruptcy-related inquiries • Educate customers on bankruptcy processes, account status, billing procedures, and pre- and post-petition balances • Manage and complete assigned bankruptcy-related offline processes • Maintain accurate documentation and account records • Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage for team processes • Adhere to departmental procedures, compliance requirements, and service level expectations • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous workflow coverage • Perform additional duties as required by management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Superb attendance • Computer/technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer service by phone • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with no distractions • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required • Excellent written and oral communication • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts • Call Center or Collections experience preferred • Must provide 2 computer monitors and appropriate cables • High speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router; no satellite, wireless, or hotspot; minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • WiFi must be turned off at all times • Private, distraction-free home workspace with the ability to close a door • Job offer contingent upon completion of drug screen and background check • Continued access to client systems may be contingent upon applicable background screening and client security and access requirements
