📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations for a fleet of approximately 500 vehicles, including acquisition, maintenance scheduling, compliance, and lifecycle management, in partnership with Holman • Track and report on key fleet metrics, including utilization, cost per mile, and maintenance costs • Oversee commercial real estate activities across approximately 200 locations, including lease administration, site selection, renewals, and facility-related projects, coordinating with Cresa • Support lease negotiations, renewals, and space planning initiatives in collaboration with Cresa and regional stakeholders • Track and report on key real estate metrics, including occupancy, lease costs, and project status • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies across both fleet and real estate portfolios • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards across fleet and facility operations • Collaborate cross-functionally with the VP of Procurement, Finance, and regional leadership to support business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of commercial real estate management experience • Experience working with third-party service providers/vendors • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment across a distributed, multi-region portfolio
