• Support Account Management and Business Development teams in winning new clients and strengthening existing partnerships in US Central • Drive growth of health security subscription services and support scoping of security consulting, training, and managed services • Act as subject matter expert for bids, tenders, and RFPs • Support digital solution demonstrations and integrated medical-security solution presentations • Provide input to security consulting and managed services solution design and innovation • Identify, scope, and support delivery of consulting opportunities across regional and global engagements • Participate in regional distribution strategy and business planning • Co-develop go-to-market, expansion, retention, and strategic account growth plans • Represent International SOS in professional forums and media in US Central • Support marketing and thought leadership materials for consulting security clients • Develop professional networks and participate in association events • Provide market, customer, competitor, and security trend insights • Advocate for US Central clients through service localization and innovation • Support the US Crisis Management Team as required • Serve as lead security professional, advisor, and trusted client partner in the geography
• Knowledge of field and/or corporate security • Knowledge of planning, developing, and delivering security consulting solutions • Risk and crisis management experience • Strong understanding of security and risk mitigation concepts • Effective communication, report writing, and presentation skills • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills • Relationship-building skills • Experience in security, including field security, corporate security, consulting, military, police, intelligence, NGO, disaster management, or relevant academia • Experience supporting the Oil & Gas industry desirable • Experience in Executive Protection, Security Operations Center, Crisis Management, Travel Risk Management, Intelligence, or Security Planning desirable • Client management experience • Extensive international travel experience • Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively across cultures and ethnic backgrounds • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work as part of a team • Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and operating protocols • Ability to write objectively and apolitically • Ability to maintain high professional standards • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security, politics, international relations, law enforcement, criminal science, disaster management, or a related field • Fluent in English with advanced writing ability • Willingness to work outside normal duty hours in support of client and operational requirements • Willingness to travel 35% regionally and internationally as business needs require • Willingness to be physically seconded to the Philadelphia Security Centre up to one week per quarter
