📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and systemic vulnerabilities across the business • Direct physical security, including access control and force protection, and information security, including cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance • Lead disaster recovery and system contingency planning • Design playbooks and lead teams during active threats, breaches, or emergencies • Serve as the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) with security oversight for information systems • Serve as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) and lead insider threat investigations, internal security inquiries, infractions, and violations • Guide team leads in developing security training programs and awareness campaigns • Guide team leads in updating, maintaining, or developing standard operating procedures, security-related policies, and enterprise process improvements • Brief the CSO and other C-suite executives on current risk postures and threat mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical security area • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in security, risk management, or operational resilience, often at the senior director or equivalent government level • Minimum of 15 years conducting complex security investigations or investigations involving insider threat, criminal, cyber, counterintelligence, counterterrorism matters • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), preferred but not required • Active Top-Secret security clearance • Deep understanding of CMMC, NIST, ISO 27001, and business continuity standards • Proven ability to manage large global programs or teams and influence technical and non-technical strategy • Ability to work with stakeholders across the organization
