📋 Description

• Support retention and completion efforts by advising and supporting students with academic, attendance, or personal issues • Provide backup support across Student Services using extensive technical knowledge of each area • Identify local employment opportunities • Populate job boards • Create resumes • Contact graduates to support their job searches • Follow up with unemployed students and graduates via phone calls, text messages, and/or social media • Utilize the Employer Development Team to market students to employers without job-board postings • Maintain strong employment rates for active students and graduates • Accurately collect and record student and graduate employment records in accordance with ACCSC standards and applicable state guidelines • Follow up with graduates and employers to ensure timely submission and accurate documentation of employment verification information • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required • Some college courses preferred • 1-2 years customer service experience required • 1-2 years of high-volume phone or sales experience required • Industry knowledge preferred • Proven record of meeting or exceeding defined metrics in metrics-driven environments • Strong customer service skills • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and multitasking are essential • Strong presentation and sales skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook • Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds for 5% or less of the workday • Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 5% or less of the workday • Able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for the entire workday • Able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday • Able to use a keyboard and perform manual tasks for prolonged periods throughout the workday • Able and willing to communicate, think, learn, and reason • Able and willing to use computers and computer systems, including hardware and software, to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks • Able and willing to safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations • Able and willing to demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering, and category flexibility
