📋 Description

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop an engineering team • Define foundations for greenfield financial and supply chain systems • Lead development of intelligent, automated agentic systems • Define architecture, roadmap, and execution plans • Translate ambiguous business needs into technical priorities and delivery plans • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams • Ensure reliable, well-tested, observable, secure, and resilient systems • Navigate legacy systems, integrations, data pipelines, regulatory requirements, and agentic workflows • Foster collaborative and inclusive engineering culture • Provide coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development • Shape team culture, engineering practices, technical strategy, product direction, architecture, and implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience • 4+ years of experience leading or managing engineers • Experience in a technical leadership role with responsibility for delivery, execution, and team health • Strong technical judgment across distributed systems, data-intensive applications, automation platforms, or business-critical systems • Interest in intelligent or agentic systems and complex workflow automation • Experience translating business requirements into engineering priorities • Track record of delivering reliable, well-tested, maintainable production systems • Strong communication skills across engineering, product, finance, compliance, and operations teams • Comfort operating where business processes, regulatory requirements, and technical systems intersect • Familiarity with modern application, data, automation, and infrastructure patterns • No specific educational credential stated
