📋 Description

• Own the strategy and priorities for Square’s post-checkout customer experience across food ordering and retail • Connect product improvement efforts across Square and external partners • Identify gaps, resolve competing priorities, and ensure a consistent customer experience • Design and define customer journeys for order tracking and issue resolution • Use AI and other tools to connect and automate repeatable work across research, analysis, prototyping, development, and launch • Define quality standards and evaluate product ideas and AI-generated work against customer scenarios • Test assumptions, provide feedback, and determine where AI, automation, and human judgment should be used • Build prototypes, test them with customers, contribute changes through pull requests, and work with engineers to ship improvements • Track customer feedback and data after launch • Measure order-status inquiries, resolution time, satisfaction, and repeat purchases

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience • Experience shipping customer-facing products at scale • Hands-on experience using AI to build working prototypes, automate recurring work, and test ideas • Ability to use GitHub and other developer tools to make changes and submit pull requests • Strong product judgment and consumer product experience • Strong taste and craft, with a high bar for quality • Experience setting product direction and establishing priorities • Customer research and analytical judgment using customer conversations, research, and behavioral data • Ability to lead across teams, resolve disagreements, and ship work • Experience with consumer products, ecommerce, marketplaces, or customer support is a plus, but not required
