📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic training initiatives and materials that strengthen brand alignment, accelerate product adoption, and drive market share growth • Deliver targeted training sessions for Third-Party Origination (TPO) clients, including onboarding welcome calls, product webinars, and systems training • Facilitate live training sessions on an ongoing basis, with volume fluctuating based on business needs and onboarding cycles • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain product, system, and operational process resources • Troubleshoot and update resources as systems and processes change • Produce instructional video content for products and systems in partnership with Marketing • Develop instructional documentation and quick-reference tools for self-service learning • Maintain version control and accuracy across learning resources • Track and analyze training metrics and evaluate correlations between training participation and downstream outcomes • Report findings and recommendations to sales leadership and executive stakeholders • Consult with leadership on ongoing training needs • Oversee training administration, including enrollment management, session scheduling, and attendance tracking • Report to the Vice President, Head of Client Services & Account Mgmt.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years' previous experience as a mortgage industry trainer, with emphasis on structural design and live webinar training • Strong track record of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously with high attention to detail • Demonstrated experience applying instructional design best practices and educational technologies to create engaging learning materials through webinars, user guides and job aids; e-learning experience a plus • Proven ability to analyze complex information and produce highly detailed, accurate instructional materials • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences • Good interpersonal skills with all levels of management • Proficiency with mortgage systems (e.g., LOS and POS), training platforms, and instructional design tools • Certification from talent and training or mortgage banking associations a plus • Maintaining a reliable, uninterrupted high speed internet connection is a requirement of hybrid or remote positions • Commitment to strong ethics, integrity, respect, accountability, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
