📋 Description
• Lead the HCM workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants • Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects • Work closely with all other Consultants within the workstream • Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects • Serve as the Area Architect for their project
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience • Workday implementation/project experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and client-facing skills
