📋 Description

• Lead the HCM workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants • Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects • Collaborate with consultants within the workstream • Manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads • Guide project scope and design commitments using project, industry, and Workday experience • Partner with the Project Manager and Engagement Executive on project-area planning • Work with other project areas to develop solutions for requirements and planning challenges • Develop solutions that serve the project, client, and Invisors overall • Assist with budgetary accountability for projects • Serve as the Area Architect when called upon • Tailor approaches appropriately and deliver difficult messages effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • 5+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience • Workday implementation/project experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
