📋 Description

• Lead the FINS workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants • Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects • Collaborate with Consultants within the Financial workstream • Manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads • Coach others in their consulting careers • Help clients develop strong plans and designs for their Workday systems • Work with Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts and Revenue Management • Guide project scope and design commitments with clients • Partner with the Project Manager and Engagement Executive on project-area planning • Develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges with other project areas • Assist in budgetary accountability for projects • Serve as the Area Architect when called upon • Tailor approach appropriately and deliver difficult messages effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • 5+ years of Workday Compensation configuration experience • Workday implementation/project experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
