📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects under the Project Horizon transformation program • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies • Coordinate multi-disciplinary subject matter expert inputs and ensure timely, quality delivery of assigned workstreams • Oversee project documentation, including workplans, status reports, and deliverables • Identify and assess project risks and dependencies • Manage third-party deliverables where required • Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking • Provide regular updates to internal leadership on project progress, risks, and issues • Apply advanced project management methodologies and frameworks • Identify process improvement opportunities and support development of internal delivery standards and best practices • Collaborate across teams to drive project execution and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. management, business, economics, or engineering) • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus • Proven track record in delivering complex projects in fast-paced environment • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders • Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting project challenges • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines • Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement • Proficiency in project management software
