📋 Description

• Perform mainframe automation work involving z/OS automation and mainframe operations • Support automation migration projects • Develop with REXX • Work with TSO/ISPF and JCL • Use and support System Automation Policy Database (PDB) • Work with NetView for z/OS, IBM System Automation for z/OS, and CA OPS/MVS • Contribute to z/OS system startup/shutdown and automation SMP/E activities • Support fully automated IBM Z system configurations and Parallel Sysplex/mainframe systems operations • Produce strong technical communication and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of total experience • 5+ years of experience in a mainframe operations/support environment • Strong z/OS experience with TSO/ISPF and JCL • Hands-on REXX development • Working knowledge of System Automation Policy Database (PDB) • Experience with z/OS Automation Migration Projects • Experience with NetView for z/OS • Experience with IBM System Automation for z/OS • Experience with CA OPS/MVS • Strong communication and documentation skills • Preferred: z/OS system startup/shutdown and automation SMP/E • Preferred: fully automated IBM Z system configurations • Preferred: Parallel Sysplex / mainframe systems operations • Preferred: knowledge of competing mainframe automation products
