📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and lead technical initiatives in medical device technology • Lead a team installing, updating, and servicing medical devices, including infusion pumps and batteries, in hospitals across the United States • Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff • Organize, test, update, install, and configure medical devices, hardware, software, and network products • Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration • Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product-support quality documentation • Travel locally, regionally, and nationally to support customer needs • Complete assignment-based schedules with a requested 40+ hour weekly commitment and overtime as needed • Drive up to 3 hours from home for job-related assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree, or equivalent military training programs, or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience • 3-5 years field experience • Strong computer skills with ability to troubleshoot project setup, technical issues, and closeouts remotely within multiple software programs • Professional business acumen and effective communication skills • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team • Strong time management and organizational skills • Active and unrestricted driver license • Personal vehicle for local work-related assignments • Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status • Up-to-date immunizations may be required • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record review prior to hire • Located within 1 hour of a major airport • Not eligible for visa sponsorship • Preferred: background in biomedical, networking, military, or field-based technician roles • Preferred: experience in a technical role within a healthcare environment • Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote
