📋 Description

• Build and lead the supplier performance and quality function for the US data center build programs • Own the end-to-end supplier scorecard, quality assurance, and non-conformance/corrective action framework • Manage supplier and contractor performance across general contractors, EPC firms, OEMs, and critical-path equipment suppliers • Establish quarterly and project-milestone quality and performance reviews • Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, escalations, performance improvement plans, and supplier exit/replacement decisions • Build supplier segmentation and risk models covering capacity, financial, and single-source exposure • Own supplier and construction quality assurance, including inspection protocols, FAT, SAT, and commissioning quality gates • Establish and maintain NCR and CAPA systems • Define quality standards and acceptance criteria for critical equipment • Audit contractor and OEM quality management systems and drive closure of findings • Serve as the primary escalation point between Procurement and Construction/Engineering • Integrate supplier performance data into project cost and schedule reporting • Represent supplier performance and quality in contract negotiations and claims or dispute resolution • Build and lead a supplier quality and performance management team • Report supplier performance and quality metrics to executive leadership and Global Procurement

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in supplier quality, supplier performance management, construction quality assurance, or related supply chain leadership roles • At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity • Direct experience with hyperscale, colocation, or large-scale mission-critical data center construction programs • Deep familiarity with GC/EPC delivery models and GMP, lump sum, CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build structures • Working knowledge of HV transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, liquid cooling, and modular/skid-based systems • Experience building and operationalizing supplier scorecards, NCR/CAPA systems, and quality audit programs • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills, including C-suite engagement with major GC/EPC and OEM partners • Willingness to travel to active construction sites across the US (30–50%) • Experience at a hyperscaler, colocation provider, or AI infrastructure company preferred • Buy-side and OEM-side supply chain background preferred • Familiarity with NVIDIA DSX reference architecture compliance and liquid cooling vendors preferred • Six Sigma, Lean, or CQE/ASQ quality certification preferred • Experience establishing a supplier quality function from the ground up preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States
