📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents • Deliver high-quality virtual behavioral health care through a Pennsylvania partner • Diagnose ADHD across developmental stages using standardized assessment tools and collateral information • Provide evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD • Coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers • Complete suicide risk assessments and safety plans • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary care team • Provide care to underserved communities • Maintain patient care focus with administrative, licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and IT support

🎯 Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania preferred, but not required • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents post-independent licensure • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, during EST hours • Experience and willingness to treat child and adolescent patients • Successful completion of the ASWB examination for independent clinical licensure • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders • Experience diagnosing ADHD across developmental stages • Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering • Proficiency in evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions • Ability to coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers • Ability to complete suicide risk assessments and safety plans • Some evening hours required • Preferred but not required: familiarity with ACT and DBT principles and integrated care settings
