📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations • Establish initial treatment plans • Provide therapy services to adult patients with moderate acuity • Collaborate with psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and other support professionals • Deliver virtual outpatient therapy through an Indiana-based FQHC partner • Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary care team • Complete 45-minute initial evaluations and follow-up appointments • Allocate 60 minutes per day for administrative work

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active Indiana LCSW license required • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, during EST hours • Ability to see patients until 8pm EST on Wednesday • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels • Telehealth experience preferred • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure • Provide care for adult patients aged 18+
