📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain records management policies and procedures • Collaborate with IT teams to incorporate comprehensive records lifecycle requirements into new and existing system architecture • Maintain service-level agreements • Deliver training programs • Communicate with business units to drive program maturity • Provide in-depth records analysis • Complete clear project outlines • Deliver ongoing project management support • Guide and mature a key customer’s overall information management capabilities across multiple locations • Develop compliant policies • Partner directly with business units and IT to integrate records lifecycle management into core system designs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant records management experience, or professional certification (CRM, CRA, CIP, or IGP) • Strong knowledge of full records management lifecycles and regulatory compliance standards • Proven leadership and strategic capabilities with expertise managing multi-site projects • Bachelor’s degree required • Prior experience within pharmaceutical lab environments is highly preferred

• $100,000 annual salary • 6-month contract assignment (with possibility of extension) • Remote role
