📋 Description

• Develop and manage relationships with builders to build referral partners and loan volume for Mortgage Sales Teams • Coordinate prospect and client lists, calling efforts, business management and operating rhythms with Mortgage Sales Teams • Liaise with operations, product, risk and learning to grow construction perm, renovation and condo utilization and market share • Oversee loan officer product training and market intelligence • Serve as subject matter expert for Construction Perm and Reno • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase mortgage origination through realtor and builder partnerships • Manage realtor and builder relationships with Mortgage Sales Teams • Prospect independently using referral sources, existing clients and centers of influence • Coordinate calling efforts and conduct joint calls with Mortgage Sales Teams • Work with Home Builder Commercial Real Estate Group to leverage relationships and achieve Preferred Partner status • Manage ongoing relationships and proactive routines to measure results and maintain partnerships • Attend community and industry forums, conferences and meetings • Monitor partnership performance and determine necessary adjustments • Identify, assess, manage, monitor and report risks while following bank policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience required • Demonstrated experience in Builder Alliances • Experience managing Construction Perm sales or fulfillment • Previous experience in Mortgage sales preferred • Strong customer service and relationship management skills • Proven ability to build new and existing client relationships and provide a positive client experience • Solid organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Ability to facilitate and collaborate across multiple partners • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software • Travel required • Based in SE or SW: NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TX, AZ, or CA
