📋 Description

• Participate in review, analysis, and negotiation of terms and conditions • Perform proposal management and business risk mitigation • Prepare and submit customer proposals, including offer letters, representations and certifications, and other RFP documentation • Own contract management and administration actions across the contract lifespan • Draft, interpret, and manage contract documents • Adhere to standardized procedures and compliance documentation • Interface with internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder inquiries • Investigate and resolve difficult or complex matters with cross-functional teammates • Provide guidance on contractual rights and obligations, regulations, and policies/procedures to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes • Work autonomously with limited oversight • Perform contract closeout activities, including material and property dispositioning, patent reporting, and final invoicing • Manage dynamic contracts supporting the ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver program within the Electronic Warfare Systems portfolio • Partner with assigned Program Teams in support of the Raytheon mission

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience • Experience leading and/or administering U.S. Government Contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Ability to work remotely and with a remote cross-functional team • Ability to multitask across routine and complex contract/proposal activities • Experience administering and negotiating medium- to high-complexity proposals and contracts • Mature judgment, proactive involvement in strategic issues, and problem-resolution skills
